WHAT TO EXPECT/ STUDIO ETIQUETTE

• Bring a water bottle! There is a filling station in the studio hall

• Arrive 5-10 minutes early, the door will be shut and locked promptly 1 minute before the class start time.

• IF YOU ARE NEW TO SPIN -Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure proper bike and shoe fittings and to become familiar with the studio.

• NO FOOD OR STREET SHOES IN THE STUDIO. Please leave all personal items and shoes in entryway or lock them in a locker (please bring your own lock). It is a hazard to have bags by bikes.

• All items must be removed from the locker at the end of class.

• Cycling shoes are available if you do not own them. Please return them to the used basket at the end of class. If you love spinning I do highly recommend investing into cycling shoes!

• TOWELS PROVIDED on the bikes.

• WATER BOTTLES $1.00

• SOCKS $1.00

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND CANCEL IF YOU CANNOT MAKE CLASS TO OPEN UP THE BIKE FOR SOMEONE ELSE!

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time are nonrefundable and/or credit will be lost.

No show/ late cancellations under the UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS will be charged a $19 fee.
