1. Membership Terms

• The Unlimited Membership provides the Member with unlimited access to scheduled spin classes offered by BrickHouse Spin. 

• Membership is billed automatically each month on the same date as the original sign-up, using the payment method provided.

• This is a recurring monthly membership and will continue until canceled.

2. Payment

• The Member authorizes recurring monthly payments to be charged automatically.

• It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure the payment method on file remains valid and up to date.

• If a payment is declined or fails, access to classes may be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

3. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

• Members must cancel their class reservations within the studio’s cancellation window (as stated in the booking system).

• A $19 fee will be automatically charged for any no-show reservation and a $10 fee will be automatically charged for any late cancellation.

• This policy ensures fairness to other members and respects the instructor’s time and preparation.

4. Cancellation of Membership

• Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice (email or in person) at least 7 days before the next billing date.

• Memberships canceled after that time may still be billed for the upcoming cycle but will not renew thereafter.

• The 8 Class Monthly Membership provides the Member with 8 spin classes offered by BrickHouse Spin each month. Unused classes DO NOT roll over to the next month.• Membership is billed automatically each month on the same date as the original sign-up, using the payment method provided.
