Keep an eye out for new class times!

• Arrive 5-10 minutes early, the door will be shut and locked promptly before the class start time. 
• IF YOU ARE NEW please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure proper bike and shoe fittings.
• NO FOOD OR STREET SHOES IN THE STUDIO. Please leave all personal items and shoes in entryway or lock them in a locker (please bring your own lock). 
• All items must be removed from the locker at the end of class.
• Cycling shoes are available if you do not own them. Please return them to the used basket at the end of class.
• Towels are provided on the bikes.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class start time are nonrefundable.
